Read MoreA high quality Boutique B&B situated in Alverton, a small Vale of Belvoir Hamlet. Three king size, four poster bed, garden suites surrounded by three acres of gardens and open countryside. All are set in the converted coach house and stable block, with views across the gardens.
Breakfast features high quality, locally produced, sourced, home grown or homemade produce, and is served in the main house. When weather permits we offer breakfast on the walled garden terrace, with views across the Vale to St Mary's Church Bottesford and Belvoir Castle. A truly wonderful start to the day!
Bevoir Castle, Belton House and many other National Trust properties are all within a short drive. Eden Hall Day Spa is only 15 minutes drive and can offer a wonderful, relaxing and indulgent addition to your stay.
The historic town of Newark Upon Trent is only 8 miles away with its Castle, Historic market square, Civil war museum and Antique shops.
Many wonderful country pubs and restaurants serve great food in the surrounding villages. In summer they can provide a great halfway point to a walk around Kilvington Lakes or to the village of Orston.
We provide a Croquet pitch and set in summer for our guests to use on the front lawn. There are tables and chairs situated close to the rooms to allow our guests to enjoy the sunset with their cold Prosecco. We don't have a license but you are more than welcome to bring your own.
The whole property is sutuated behind secure electric gates, with car parking close to the rooms and three trickle charging points available for electric vehicles.
We can only accomodate children over the age of 6 years.
